Hi everyone,

as most of you know, tomorrow I'l be talking about freesound in a symposium about creative commons.

question: does anyone feel like making a 20/25 minute soundscape using only freesoud samples which I can use as a **background** (so no loud beats or anything) for my speech?

If so it has to be finished before tomorrow 12.00 spanish time!

Perhaps I should have asked earlier, but I sudenly had the idea and I thought it might be cool asking anyway! Obviously you will get full credit and I'll mention it before I start talking.

Si te gusta hablar sobre un fondo de pajaros, y algun ruido de calle, creo que puedo hacerlo esta tarde sin mucho trabajo... Supongo que la musica no es una opcion, porque distraeria demasiado, verdad?
Solo te pondria como condicion que dijeras que el autor es anonimo. Seria una cosa hecha con prisas, no me hago muy responsable

Well, that would be nice. Birds and street-noise would be cool...

But the point would be that the samples came from freesound, not from your personal collection only

Hombre, eso es poner las cosas muy dificiles, ten en cuenta que casi no conozco el archivo!!

Bueno, acabo de hacer una cosa que dura unos 10 minutos que QUIZAS te podria servir y tiene material de diversas personas. Solo dime como te lo hago llegar y en que formato. Escuchalo y si te gusta le puedes hacer un loop para que cubra el speech completo.

oh, and try your best to speak some english, 99% of people here don't understand spanish and from your mails I saw your english is really good anyway :wink:

ok, i'm converting it to 128 Kb and uploading as soundscape.for.bram.mp3
and don't let the the opening part to scare you (it alludes to the copyright model , the rest is quite peaceful!

Damned , If only i would have known ...
