Hello and invitation to exhibit...

Hi guys, a friend told me about the great site and community here.
I'm doing an Art/Party event in London on May the 18th, and I would like to play sound pieces made by people from this forum. If anyone would like to submit a piece, or indeed come to the event then please get in touch via PM on this site or through myspace.
The themes are:
* Americana (be genuine, satirical, musical, abstract, whatever)
* Writing (as in authorship, writing, typing, creation of text)
* Twining (pieces which explore the differences in duality would be very good - the piece is based around my twin sister and I, though we are geneticly the same, we are different)
You could combine all themes into one piece, or keep them seperate. I leave that up to you, and hope to get some responses. Even if you do not submit a piece, you are welcome to come to the event.

EDIT: this is for Battersea Arts Centre Burst Festival 2007, a well respected annual event at a very well respected venue and would be a great place for any sound artist to exhibit at http://www.bac.org.uk
Umm... can you be more specific on what kind of sounds? entire songs you mean? I don't know how to make a song about writing... :?

Well, what I would really like is a variety of work, so I dont want to be too specific in case it limits people...
so if you dont want to be limited, then look away now!
You could make from a single sound to a whole song, and everything in between. Real world sounds, sythesised sounds, layered sounds, mutated sounds, cross-bred sounds, use the sounds to make something musical, make something abstract, just make noise! If anyone want to make a real song with normal instruments, then that would be really cool too for the variety.

Some people have asked how creditation will be provided - it will be in ptrinted form handed out to the audience. I need submissions to have the artists name, citation of any samples from freesound, and if you want to include a web address then include that too.
