I think it'd be neat to take a couple samples that include some unwanted elements (wind, background noise, hums, conversations, hobo wrestling?) and have a contest to see who can clean them up the best and of course share their techniques.

Everyone here uses different tools so you could have kind of a bake-off of techniques (as well as skill.)

Just my two cents.

Sounds good, but I can't noise remove for shit so I won't be able to participate.
I might have a chance if I can get into an audio techniques class next semester...
