I fear the sound you want is under severe copyright restrictions... but if you are into hardcore torture stuff you may try 'El Principe Gitano'

Do you mean this

http://www.thewe.cc/contents/more/archive/sound_as_weapon.html

US brings new weapon to Iraq

The US military is about to add a controversial new weapon to its huge arsenal in Iraq.
But in contrast to other armaments, this one does not shoot or explode. It screams.
A defence contractor announced securing a million dollar deal to supply the First US Marine Expeditionary Force with a so-called Long Range Acoustic Device, or LRAD.

Or this

http://www.mk-resistance.com/frey.html

This paper explains how voices can be beamed directly into an individual's head.

Or this

http://www.lowertheboom.org/trice/infrasound.htm

Depending on the pitch, infrasound can cause physical pressure, fear, disorientation, negative physical and mental symptoms, explode matter, incapacitate, and kill. For example, in World War II, Nazi propaganda engineers used infrasound to stir up anger in the large crowds that had gathered to hear Hitler.

This is really spooky stuff. Can't tell if any of it's true or not. There's lots more hits on a G**gle search. Not nice at all. Have you thought of using 'Kumbaya My Lord' or some Brittany Spears song instead?

I think these military tones are gennerally very low frequncies that cannot be reproduced on domestic speakers, or simpley regular sounds at high volumes. I read somewhere that the US used a very loud transient pulse to inflict pain in south america in the 70's or 80's? I have no backup to that claim...
