the applet is taking daaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaays (not literally) to upload..and it has yet to even upload! any thought on why this is? never had a problem with it before. any help would be nice. did i miss something? is the site changing something?

i've just uploaded a sample using the java thing and was fine - i wouldn't say it was slow for me!

If you continue having problems in the future you might try an external FTP client. I can recommend some if you tell me your OS.

I have a preference for the FireFTP plugin for firefox (very lightweight), and after that, SmartFTP (reliable).

i use smart FTP and have had no problems with it at all!
