When i download it i only get 13secs.
It works fine for me, possibly you have a partial file in your cache and your browser just saves that file instead of redownloading it. Try clearing your cache and download again.
*cough* agree with nemo. Clear cache and try again. or maybe download stopped? tested with Mozilla Firefox, Opera, and Chrome. all tested and working! Try saving it to a different spot? Or let the download finish before you go apeshit : )
