I am running Ubuntu 9.10 with Firefox. I can watch videos in YouTube with full sound, but I can't hear a preview in freesound.org. I tried previewing from search and previewing from the details of a single sound. I also made sure all other tabs were closed.
Has anyone got freesound.org working in Ubuntu? If so, how?
I happened to get it to work. Follow these steps:
1. Click the play button you want.
2. Press "tab" key.
3. Press space bar.
It appears that the mouse event isn't getting recognized even though the control has focus, but the keyboard still works. So happy!
