Uploads of the same sound?

These two sound awfully familiar:

I am sure it's an honest mistake, but nevertheless redundant, unless my ears deceive me.

There are 77169 different samples on Freesound at current count. What are the chances of someone stumbling on the same sound twice AND REMEMBER IT ???!!!Well spotted, mate !

The guy who uploaded it yesterday was in the 'newest sounds' area and since his name was so vulgar I wanted to see what he had to offer. The second sound is something I downloaded before (and I have only downloaded 2 files off here so...) and is one the most popular sounds on here, so I spotted it right away
How different does it have to be to avoid deletion ?
My remix of tigersound's ufo looks similar but is different (my version has a 3D effect).
