Every time I go to edit profile and click browse files for my profile picture, I click the one I want and click save Profile picture then I go to save changes on profile, what wrong, did I do something wrong or is it the site.

Please help and Thanks in advance.

1. Do not set the "Remove avatar" check mark.
2. Press "Save avatar".
3. What happens if you edit your image on your computer to convert it to a 70x70 .jpg file and upload that instead? Your file format or resolution might be not supported. Is there no error message?

I don't set remove profile picture, but your saying if I make it 70x70 then it will work.

Never mind I found the problem, I was using internet explorer and something was wrong with it, so I used google chrome and it worked. Thanks anyway.

I am having this problem now. Cleared my cache. Tried png gif bmp jpg and a 70x70jpg. Nothing works, and I had an avatar before!

Hello, I had the same problem, and here is the solution that worked for me:

After clicking on "Save Avatar", you will be redirected to your homepage (with your old avatar displaying)
Try to refresh that page and your new avatar should replace the old one.

For memo I read someone saying that avatar should be 70x70px jpeg or png images.
