My first pack samples in dolby surround 5.1 has just been approved and is on freesound for all world's download pleasure, but I have a few little remarks:
- It is not really marked (except in the name and description which I wrote) that the files are actually surround files. As type of file there is marked: wav, 44100kHz, 4233kbps, 16 bit, Stereo. This is not correct. Could this please be improved?
- The previeuw should be a mixdown of the tracks to stereo for a good picture of the sample, and if that's not possible, there should be seperate previeuws for each channel... is that possible?
Thanks in advance for investigating this...
Bram, thanks for fixing the bug. About the preview, take your time...perhaps you could ask for the utils developers to implement surround possibilities in their next version, if you did do that not already.
They are 6 channel PCM wav files.
