I think not, but the url-Link of the sample never change, so just bookmark it with you internet-navigator  ...

Could be worthwhile: a private view of the homepage that has all your favourite contributors and sample sets in lists ready to visit. Call it myfreesound.

I can't see why you would want to bookmark it. Download it if you like it, if you need to credit the author click 'Attribution List' on the right hand side and it tells you all the sound you have downloaded, the author and a link....job done smile

I already bookmarked contributors because I like their samples, usefulness and quality in a creative way. Sometimes I stumble upon very inspirational samples while browsing, but have no direct use for them. I'm happy to leave them on Bram's harddiscs until I really need them.

This feature has been discussed before, and it's on bram's todo AFAIK.

i'm with streety on this one...why would you want to book mark it or save it? when you can just download it!

I think it would be helpful because it would allow you to find sounds later, or mark sounds that you think might come in handy later but don't want to download now.

If the favorites were public you could also use it to get a quick glance at what other users find interesting on the site.

Just one of those "social networking" features that would be cool to have.

if you've ever lost anything on one of your hard drives when it crashed unexpectantly, you'd understand why...

I could see it working on the whole del.ici.ous style thing. that would be cool.
