Perhaps i am not yet aware if this is already possible, but it'd be nice to keep a track of all the forum posts i make/reply to so that i am able to folow up on certain things. Feel free to delete this post if this feature already exists, but do let me know how i can do that.

while i'm on it, it would also be nice to have an "all comments BY this_user" on the user's profile (the showing of this could be changed via some user-selected setting).

This would be really nice. It would actually become a real forum then.

OR

Perhaps it would be even more useful if we have proper forum tools and settings. Like the ability to:

- view currently subscribed threads
- View post by a specific user
- Order threads

I do wonder sometimes why the freesound forum is slightly mediocre compared to the standard forum makeup around the internet. Its definitely in need of some enhancements.

I'd assume that's solely because no one runs freesound full time.
I would think, however, just to make things more dynamic (or at least make them appear so), the upper-level people should have a "change log/update log" page whenever they push out newer features so that users know that their requests are being considered/ executed. The drawback is that if there are no updates for a long time, it would lose its purpose in making users feel "what's next?!"
