Often in the evenings (around dusk) a group of New Holland Honeyeaters (Phylidonyris novaehollandiae) move into the trees in my back yard and make these sounds as they settle for the night. Recording chain: Rode NT4 (stereo microphone) - Sound Devices MixPre (preamp) - Edirol R-09 (digital recorder, 44.1 kHz @ 16 bit). Sound filtered to remove suburban rumble.
