A seemless loop -- a longer ambient background noise kind of like engine noise, which changes pitch smoothly, rising to a held level, falling low, then restoring. This is from an Analog Box circuit created for the purpose. This is intended to give you some rising and falling segments to use, as opposed to the other similar sounds in this pack that do not rise or fall, but obviously if you have no need for such a thing this will not be useful.
