Me saying my poem "The Jungle"
backbone on this poem. As in almost everything I do - it's double meaning. I'm talking about the jungle being free (to live, to be) unlike the city where you have bills to pay and need an income. However, if freedom is there (in the jungle) it won't be cheap. (play on words) (cheap as in it's going to cost your ass a lot of effort, and may even cost you your life when the animals find out you're lurking in their domain and want to eat you. But – if you can make it, then you have gained your freedom. It's a play on words about society, and even incarceration.
