Heavy gusting Arctic or hurricane winds, whistling, rumbling, chimes and deep synthesized wind instrumentation.
Constructed in LIVE! with Reaktor and Reason.
I created a wind patch in a Reaktor synth called Subharmonic. Layered that with another wind patch made in a synth called Steam Pipe 2. I added a filter kick drum for some mic popping sub effect and put a little grain delay on both. Added pan and level automation.
This was my first submission “Wind1”. To that I added synthesized sounds created with four Malstrom graintable synths in Reason.
