Synthetic atmospheric pad with a low bass flutter.

Free. All uses permitted, anywhere, by anyone at any time. No attribution required.

A simple "bread and butter" atmosphere that lends itself to industrial skyline, starship engine drone, subterranean ambient acoustic, or a general purpose background.

Includes a faint eerie wind noise, which is pitched high enough above the bass that it can be removed by simple lowpass filtering.

Also uses my (also free) BeerBottleWhoo.ogg faintly in the background - I've left gaps where that sound doesn't occur, so you can chop out a whoo-less bit to make a loop without it if that's your preference.

Mostly made with LF filtered noise, tape flanging effect, reverb and a wee bit of phasing. The deepest sub-bass throb is felt, rather than heard. A steep bass cutoff filter at around 20Hz has been applied to help prevent budgies being blown off their little swings by 18" subwoofers.

    Well spotted. :)
The "woooo" sound is briefly heard during one of the lab scenes in 'Alien'.

Lovely disturbing Aliens-like sound. Likely to use in a game demo I'm making.

That is a good Subsonic Atmosphere sound. Very Deep.
