Hello to all!
I found this sound, which is perfect for my video:
http://www.freesound.org/people/snowdome/sounds/41106/
because not yet be unfamiliar with the site to see if copyright, Creative Commons, etc. .. Ask me if this audio is free and I can use it for my video, I rightly put in More video all references to sound.
But only problem that I monetize on you tube through banner advertising, this be a problem?
Thanks and sorry for my ignorance.....!!!
No problem, Alessandro!
If you click on the link saying "This work is licensed under the Sampling+ License." you'll see the official details of the license:
"You are free" [...] "To sample, mash-up, or otherwise creatively transform this work for commercial or noncommercial purposes."
Your kind of use is a creative transformation as the sound will be included in a video with other audio too, so commercial use is possible,
"Under the following conditions: You must attribute the work in the manner specified by the author or licensor (but not in any way that suggests that they endorse you or your use of the work). "
The only forbidden kind of use seems to be (disclaimer: I am not a lawyer! ) advertisement for other things, like tv (and web) commercials; but even if you were making a tutorial on some software, that wouldn't count as advertising.
