Rain and thunderstorm at Boykin Springs. Had to remove generator noise from campers to have anything worthwhile. There's a couple of campers' voices near the end I missed.
I used 2 Rode NT1A mics with a Marantz PMD661 recorder. Set up just inside a log pavilion in the middle of the park. Angle and capsule distance: 140°/20cm.
As always, the download sounds much better than the sample above. Freesound removes freq's above 11kHz for bandwidth purposes.
