Low Frequency Clip Noise

This kind of noise randomly generates the values -1 or +1 at a given rate per second. This number is the frequency. In this example the frequency is 800 Hz. The algorithm for this noise was created two years ago by myself in C++, as an imitation of noise generators in SuperCollider 2.
