I really like this recording. I don't know what it is but I like the sound of a fireplace bellows pumping. Most of the things I would here when it came to fireplaces would be the sound of a fan on a gas log running. That would also be good to use for the breathing practice for yoga known as Bellows breath. You could use this sound to pace yourself, if you know what that technique is.
