This is a little something played on a modded EM-1 guitar with baritone strings, tuned to C. The equal-temper tuning is to A4=430.53 Hz, but the guitar was tuned sharpish, so most notes are about 10-30 cents up.
The effects are Vox Amplug overdrive (analogue), and Korg MDE-X chorus/delay.
