Bass-synth with reverb.
Sorry, can't remember the exact signal chain. All I remember was that it was created in Ableton Live 8, with a signal chain that involved feeding the sound from a live webmic through DefenderOffender (an audio triggered synth by RunBeerRun). The output from DefenderOffender was processed further with effects and fed back to DefenderOffender itself. Can't remember what effects were used.
