This pack was created like this....
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Blast_wave
This is a mathematical simulation of an explosion. All the sound files were created using the modified Friedlander equation. This source was then convolved using
an 'Image model' of a room 3 X 3 X3.7m
based on this code by Eric Lehmann
http://www.eric-lehmann.co/fast_ISM_code/index.html
Then I used RaySpace to model the floor that the room is in
Then I used a model of a city (New York!) in Blender and some maths to calculate an IR Sweep file for Waves IR1
Finally I added some non-linearality via a valve model guitar amp plug in because explosions are non linear.
Basically you can create explosions of all scales using the original Friedlander equation produced source and various reverbs and some distortion (non-linear model).
In this case the time to zero was 16ms.

did you use a room reverb ore did you set up a speeker in a building and the record the pulse sweep??
