No, I don't mind if you use it, but please credit the source and site -- especially if you sell the game -- since it's under a Creative Commons Attribution License (see the right side of the page). I hope it adds something nice to your game.
I don't have a collection of such melodies. I was just trying to develop a notification sound one day. FYI, it's the "glockenspiel" sound on a Casio CTK-611 keyboard (if I remember right).
