This was on the balcony of the 11th floor at an apartment complex in downtown Charlotte, NC called Skyhouse Apartments. Use in anything you like :) no credit needed.
The seldom beeps are not present in the downloaded file. I believe freesound.org often adds these beeping anomalies during its compression process.
