Its entirely made on audacity without recording.
These are 3 sinusoidal sounds of 528Hz. The balance of the first sound is on the left and the second on the right. The two mono sounds were then mixed into a single stereo track.
The last sound is the same as the previous ones but directly mixed in stereo with a neutral balance between left and right. A Wahwah effect has been applied to denature it.
