Here is a synthetic heart beating sound made with Audacity.
For this result, I used a short noise, then I made it acute by modifying the bass and treble and reverberation to make the noise resonate. Once this was done, I multiplied the tracks to be able to shift the sound created and simulate the heartbeat. Lastly, on the last track I added noise to make it realistic to simulate the sound of human body.
