To create this electrocardiogram, I generated a sine wave with a frequency of 1500 and an amplitude of 0.3 for a duration of 0.5 second
I repeated this sound 15 times at different intervals. I generated a sinusoidal wave again, but this time over a period of 5 seconds to reproduce the sound of a heart that stops on the electrocardiogram. To reduce the cutoff effect between sounds, I manually changed the levels to create fade in and out.
In order to find a noise that is closer to an electrocardiogram I modified the balance of highs and lows, decreasing the bass and increasing the treble until finding a sound that comes closest. I also changed the pitch by decreasing it by trying to find the right sound, I lowered the volume to 2.6 dB and I arranged each sound accurately and added a silence between each sound.
I then put a reverb effect to sublimate the whole thing
Finally, I added a breath recording to make this sound more realistic, I decreased the volume to -12.2 dB over 8 seconds, because the sound of breathing was not equal on the rest of the recording and therefore decreased the rest to just -2.7 dB
