I generate a new sound track in Audacity. In this track, I added the "wahwah" effect. I changed the tempo, I speeded up at 2 seconds. Then, at 3,5 seconds, I cut the sound. After that, I repeat three times the 3,5 seconds period.
To conclude, I added a fade out at the end of the track.

I wanted to create the sound of a busy line. For instance, if the caller is in line with an other person, we can heard a repetitive sound. Here, it's the same process but more acure.
