Sound created from 2 types of sound, from a sound and a noise
to create the sound of a talkie walkie switching-on. This sound is in two parts; opening with tones and then a radio frequency noise. Three opening sounds has been used with those frequencies : 1800, 1200, 1050Hz with a duration of 0.04s.

- Noise effects : fade in, fade out, changing speep (about -55%), amplification (about -3dB)
