Ambience of a night in December. It snowed earlier in the day, with freezing rain after. In this you can hear icy trees crackle as they sway in the wind. A block away, motorists are passing by. Some people yell out. A one-note wind chime is dinging, sometimes another wind chime sounds. Some ice falls, and various other little things happen...
