In early April due to the coronavirus Oregon closed many parks to cars, but allowed pedestrians and cyclists. This particular park is far away from any parking so was mostly abandoned. There are some tugboats going by and the waves on the shore are pleasant. This is the point where the Willlamette River meets the Columbia River.
