A large tugboat heads upriver. The waves one the shore calm for a bit and then once the tugboat has passed they get larger, occasionally slapping against some old pylons in the water. After the tugboat passes the bridge it sounds a horn to signify it is lowering. Meanwhile a lot of crows call out.
