On election night 2018 a small group of protesters marched around Portland to raise their voices about a proposed anti-imigration law. They marched through the main city square, then on to other areas. Near the end of the recording you can hear the overly-militarized Portland Police telling them to disperse despite the legal right to assemble peacefully and obeying all laws.
