At the end of a train yard, a locomotive pulls up directly in front of my location and stops for a while. Then it pulls forward with a bunch of cars attached. Then it reverses back into the yard eventually.
Recorded with a stereo pair of Sennheiser MKH 8020 mics into a modified Marantz PMD661.
