In the basement of a house I found an old accordion with only the word Toriana on it. I recorded each of the white keys (the black ones didn't seem to work) and the sample name will tell you the note so that you can load it into a sampler. Because the accordion is old and falling apart each note sounds fairly different, and each sample includes first pulling the accordion apart and then pushing it back together. Sometimes those two actions create a slightly different sound.
This is by no means a pristine instrument, but it was recorded with a pair of AT4021 mics in XY stereo into a modified Marantz PMD661 and edited (simply each sample sliced) with Tracktion.
