This was recorded in front of my house in the suburb of One Tree Hill in Auckland, New Zealand. It was recorded just before 8am on Friday 31st July 2015 with a Zoom H4n. July is winter in New Zealand - the temperature was around 10 degrees Celsius, sunrise was about 7am.

You can hear the birds in the garden tweeting loudly. The birds hang out in a big oak tree. You can also hear cars driving along the street in the background.

I don’t know much about birds, so I don’t know what kind of birds they are.
