Recorded using a 1974 MGB sports car. Mic placed on passenger floorboard. Sound of start, idle, accelerating and going through gears, steady state (can be edited and looped for longer scenes) and coast down and shut off. Very throaty sound recorded in-cabin which would be period correct for British cars of that era and useful for in-car scenes behind dialog.
