This is the sound of various dowel rods (of differing diameters) being moved back and forth in front of 2 pairs of microphones placed in an x/y configuration (Audix i5s and a matched pair of Rode NT5s).
These sounds can be used to create sfx for things like throwing stars/nunchucks, helicopter blades, etc. I have also uploaded a number of single whooshes that can be found in this same pack that are sorted into Left-to-Right and Right-to-Left sounds.
