My upstairs neighbor sometimes likes to rhythmically stomp on their floor. I recorded their stomping with low gain and then with high gain, from the living room of my apartment. You'll likely need to perform some noise reduction, especially on the high gain stomps. This was recorded with a blue yeti mic.

I'm actually using this to show my new upstairs neighbor what she sounds like every morning, 4 hours before my alarm is set to go off. Mixing this with vacuuming, heavy wooden furniture being dragged against a hard wood floor, banging, things dropping, etc... Thanks. I hope my bose can blare this loudly enough to make an impact when it loops the track I'm making for a few hours when she thinks I'll let her have her long nap time in the afternoon into the evening when she could have just slept a full night's sleep uninterrupted like I used to be able to do before being woken up daily 5 hours into my REM cycle since she moved in.
