another from my trip across Europe & Turkey in 1994...in front of the railway station in Amsterdam I recorded this amazing elderly, blind (West African?) musician...he is singing and accompanying himself on various upturned plastic pails. Is he singing in Spanish?

He is not singing in Spanish. It sounds more like one of the African languages. But this is beautiful and *breaths* the spirit of the street-musician! Excelent recording
