This 48KHz/24bit stereo sample pack contains 42 samples of various impacts, crushes and drops of empty coke cans and other artifacts in one of our tracking rooms. There were about twenty coke cans, four plastic cups, a garbage pail and an empty Culligan water bottle. These were arranged in various configurations and then kicked, dropped, smashed, crushed or otherwise mutilated. The sources were recorded with four Josephson microphones — two C42s and two C617s — directly to Pro Tools through NPNG preamps. Final edits were performed in Cool Edit Pro. The C42s are directional and these recordings have been left 'as is'. However most of the omnidirectional C617 tracks have been slowed down to half speed to give a much bigger sound. Recorded by Zach Greenhorn and Reid Andreae at Pulsworks Audio Arts.

Brilliant! I used this for my voice over demo reel! Thank you so much!
Great sound! We used it in our movie for the 2011 48 Hour Film Project (Des Moines, IA event). This is a link to the final result, if you want to hear your effect in action: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PkPZpNeI2jc&feature;=related
