And to @bawden20 below, sorry this is 4 years too late but I believe at least in U.S. law, if someone makes their own new recording of a music composition then it’s like a “cover” of the song protected by Fair Use. The recording itself, of course, they own and have full rights to license to others as @sabine.rains has done here for us.
So you should be safe, but of course I’m no lawyer … #NotLegalAdvice

Could anyone help advise me regarding the copyright on the music playing here. I'm desperate to use this track on an audio drama releasing this summer as it is perfect for the scene, but not sure what to do? advice would be greatly appreciated.
