A slightly louder loop of chains being gently rattled, as someone fidgeting or walking in irons. A bit of reverb. Come to think of it, I haven't verified the loop is perfect, so you may want to mess with that.
Recorded with a big old chain I have laying around on a Tascam DR-08.
