I use a bamboo stick to generate some wind *swash* sounds. I used following bamboo stick:

On FLAC and OGG Vorbis formats.

Find more similar sounds in the bamboo stick swosh, whoosh, whosh, swhoosh... sounds pack.

This recording was made with a Zoom H2.

    i can't open the file! i use windows media player. is there some other program, like quicktime, that i should try instead?

    INCREDIBLE SOUNDS!
    These Swoosh are really useful for illustrating a diversity of events or transitions along many other uses.
    Used it in a scene at a video in Vision & Quality.
