In Audacity, I paulstretched some noise and then added sliding shift (200% speed at end, -4% pitch at end), reversed, did the same sliding shift effect, added silence behind the sound and applied default gverb settings, normalized.

    T.T the program I'm using only accepts mp3 and wav
