Can randomness be melodious?
I do not know. I just worked out in producing a randomness with a hope of being melodious.
May be it is how one perceives it. But it should also possess some physical qualities to create joy.
This randomization is done in order to create a non-match to existing melodies. It may thus, seem like strange, brand new, unpopular or a beginner quality. It might not have been heard or experienced earlier.
This audio is an integral part of article writing on Random SARGAM Generation - a process of sound generation based on some classical rules, and modern open source software.
This melody uses Trance Pluck instrument from LMMS sharing platform. You can use your own instrument, once LMMS project is ready.
Download the project file: from GitHub. The project does not use samples, but the native LMMS plugins only. I hope, you can reproduce the exact sound in the copy of your LMMS. You can use the project file in whatever way you want.
And, please do not forget: There are several (thousands of) randomizations possible. It is a melody only, not a song!
