Hello! I use FL Studio 21 as a DAW. To create this sound, I've used a bunch of metallic sounds and just stretched them. For the effects, I used a bunch of flangers and delays and I've automated them with LFO. For the glitch effects i used VST named Infiltrator 2 & Shaperbox 3
