My first upload here.
From time to time, when I get up in the morning, before I start preparations for the new day (shower etc.), I setup my recorder and mic on the balcony to collect sounds. As this is the mating season for all birds, harvest is rich.
These are first morning sounds of the common kestrel (Falco tinnunculus)- recording started at 5 am. Recorded with cheap SONY ICD PX312 and cheap AIWA stereo mic that some 22-23 years ago came with AIWA cassette voice recorder. In the background from time to time you can hear magpies, rooks and some other birds. Somewhere at 3min58sec cooler from the neighboring market adds to the inherent noise of recorder/mic.
You can see some images of these kestrels at http://tinyurl.com/6w5dt4h

Thank you, soundfromsound!
Still I have a lot to learn about audio recording and editing. I am just at the begining of the learning curve.
